UC Irvine is pleased to
welcome His Holiness the XIV Dalai Lama for his talk
on ethical self-awareness and personal transformation. His
Holiness received the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989 and is renowned
for his dedication to peace and compassion. His work on ethical
leadership for a new millennium links the existing political,
spiritual and community bridges to promote dialogue and cross-cultural
understanding around the world.
