Media Pre-Registration
There will be two events open to the media. Both events will be held at the UCI Bren Events Center (see Schedule for details):

9:30-11:30 am   Youth Dialogue
4:00-5:30 pm     Public Talk

On a pre-registered basis, a limited number of seats are available for these events to credentialed members of the media. Please send a request for press box seating to lstieler@uci.edu. Include the following information:

1. Event(s) that you would like to attend

2. Name/Title

3. Publication/News Organization

4. Phone Number

5. E-mail address

We will notify you by e-mail at least one week prior to the event whether a request can be accommodated.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The Dalai Lama will not be available for interviews with the media.

Photography
A photo opportunity will be provided to a limited number of credentialed news photographers. A taping opportunity for broadcast outlets at both events will be available on a limited basis and under strict guidelines. For more information, contact: lstieler@uci.edu. We will notify you by e-mail at least one week prior to the event whether a request can be accommodated. Press with cameras must arrive at least 90 minutes prior to the event.

Security
All attendees of the event will undergo a security check. It is advised that you arrive at the venue at least one hour early.
